In rare cases cashback is not credited to your SecretDiscounter account after a purchase. To avoid this, please follow the simple rules listed below.
Ad blockers
When shopping through our service it is strictly forbidden to use any ad blockers in your browser (for example, Adblock), as they prevent your orders from being tracked. Yandex Browser also causes many problems – it is better to install a separate Google Chrome for cashback shopping.
Third-party browser extensions
Various "helpers" for AliExpress and similar plugins steal your cashback, turn them off (read more). How to view the list of all extensions installed in your browser is described here.
Browser extensions from other cashback services
Browser plugins from our competitors intercept your cashback. Use only our extension!
Stores' mobile apps
When buying through stores' mobile apps cashback is usually not credited (not all stores have correctly set up cashback tracking from a mobile app yet; with the AliExpress app everything is fine, download our app and switch from it to the AliExpress app). Shop through the stores' websites!
Bonus programs
When placing an order it is forbidden to use third-party bonus programs (such as "Mnogo.ru", "Kukuruza", etc.).
Ordering by phone
After switching from our site to the online store, be sure to place the order through that site's cart. Cashback will not be credited for orders placed by phone.
Going to the store directly
You should only fill your cart with items after going to the store through our cashback service. If items were added to the cart earlier – empty it, go to the store through SecretDiscounter and then fill it again.
Don't close the browser
Place your orders and purchases within a single browser session, without closing the browser window. If your computer froze/went to sleep, etc., go to the store you need from our site again, empty the cart, fill it with items anew and pay.
‼️ No cashback service in the world guarantees you a 100% cashback, but if you did everything according to the instructions above – your chances of getting cashback are the highest!
