How Hiring Works Here
- One email. In your own words: what you're excellent at, and what you'd want to own here. No cover-letter theatre.
- A call, not an exam. Forty-five minutes with the person you'd actually work beside. No riddles, no whiteboard.
- A paid trial task. Real work, pulled from our real backlog. We pay for your time either way.
- Nothing fits? Write anyway. Several people here joined for a role that didn't exist until they asked for it.
